Can be painted over at any time:
Without sanding at the latest:

after 1 hour with all 1-component paints, e.g. Brantho-Korrux "3 in 1", Branths's robust paint, alkyd resin paint, water-based. Acrylic lacquer etc.
after 1 day with all 2-component top lacquers known to us, e.g. acrylic, PUR, epoxy etc.
